Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack With Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags are intact, and securely attach the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
